Steps in online purchase of your property:
Preparing a wishlist of properties: UNIQ will help you choose properties to make this process fluent without tension. Real estate information: you will be supported with all the necessary information about real estate, from floor plans and prices to all related legal information.
Video call – online real estate viewing: we can make a video call through any standard applications: FaceTime, Whatsapp, Viber, Skype, etc. In this step, Your personal agent goes to the property and takes you on a tour of the property via video call. This way, you can see all the property details as if you were visiting it in person and directly ask questions to the seller or the person in charge on the spot.

Real estate conditions and negotiation: After confirming everything, we start negotiating with the seller about general conditions (payment plan, handover steps, etc.) if they exist on your behalf. If you want, you can also send a power of attorney to us, and UNIQ will follow up and finalize the process on your behalf.
